The inspiration of Bar Centrale has its historical roots in Italy when trains were the main means of trans- portation. Next to every architecturally splendid train station was a Central Bar, which saw the com- ings and goings of people as they gathered over a coffee, an aperitivo or a meal to exchange the latest news.
